2. This is 8th attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail. On last occasion i.e. vide order dated 22.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62427 of 2022, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2015 and till date trial has not concluded.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the petitioner, above above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36743 of 2024(3) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st Begusarai, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 88/2012, arising out of Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No. 209/2011.
