Learned counsel for the State has assisted the Court. He has also filed show cause on behalf of opposite parties no. 2 to 4.

2. In the same, copy of order contained in Memo No. 4168 dated 10.12.2018, has been brought on record which indicates that the order granting Junior Selection Grade of First Time Bound Promotion has been granted to the petitioner with

Patna High Court MJC No.742 of 2013 dt.02-01-2019 2/2 effect from 01.04.1981. However, it is not clear as to whether the actual financial benefit has been granted to the petitioner.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the State submitted that whatever monetary benefits the petitioner is entitled to shall be given to him within two weeks.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the opposite party no. 3 to ensure that all benefits accruing to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 10.12.2018, is granted to the petitioner, if already not done, within three weeks from today.

5. Pending Interlocutory Application No. 9386 of 2018, stands disposed off.
