2. The present application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 19.7.18 passed by the Session Judge, Sitamarhi in Cr. Revision No.69/2018 and also the order dated 19.6.18 passed in Case No. 467/18 by the learned S.D.M. Sadar Sitamarhi by which the proceeding under Section 145 Cr. P.C. was allowed.
