2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact his wife has consumed some poisonous substance leading to her death, as she wanted to join the petitioner at Delhi where he was doing job but the petitioner was not ready to take her to Delhi. It is submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence and the petitioner was not present at the time of occurrence as he was at his work place at Delhi.

4. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail petition, submitting that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and her body has not been recovered.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
