2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for a direction to respondent no. 2 and 3 to mutate the name of the petitioner and giver her Jamabandi number in Serita of Bihar and give rent receipt."
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no.3, the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Aurangabad against the order passed by the Circle Officer, Rafiganj, Aurangabad.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3, the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Aurangabad, who shall be noticing/hearing the parties and take the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
