JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 29-11-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order contained in memo no. 2398 dated 18.04.2013 passed in appeal by learned Principal Secretary by which the appeal of the petitioner against the order dated 02.11.2012 contained in memo no. 7216 passed by Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Special Secretary, by which the petitioner has been blacklisted; and for connected reliefs.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have recalled the order of blacklisting against the petitioner and hence, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the writ petition need not be pressed any further.
