The petitioner has been allowed ex gratia payment as per the extant provisions in the respondent-Company. The relevant document in support of such payment to the petitioner in July, 2015 under Office Order dated 10.07.2015 has been placed on record as Annexure E to the counter affidavit in the instant proceeding.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be claiming compassionate appointment from the respondent-Company.
