This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sikti Police Station Case No. 341 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

About 482.100 litres of Nepali made liquor has been recovered from place of occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2023 and he has clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayed for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
