JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to remove platform as well as Samudayaik Bhawan constructed over the raiyati land of the petitioner herein.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as also the admitted fact that the respondents have constructed platform and the Samudayaik Bhawan over the private land of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent authorities to either remove the encroachment in question made over the land of the petitioner or pay compensation after initiating land acquisition proceeding.
