2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Pahleja P.S. Case No. 130 of 2025 dated 22.11.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2), 103(1) read with 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation, on 21.11.2025 at about 4:00 PM, when the son of the informant was returning home then the named accused persons surrounded him near Kharika Devi Mandir and co-accused Sahil Kumar @ Golu shot bullet at the temporal region of his son due to which he died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It has further been

No.30800 of 2026(3) dt.15-07-2026 2/3 submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of named co-accused, Sahil Kumar @ Golu before police, while in police custody. It has further been submitted that allegedly motor-cycle of the petitioner was used in the crime and there is nothing against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that three co-accused persons are named and they were present at the spot. It has further been submitted that co-accused Rajeev Ranjan Kumar Yadav @ Rajeev Ranjan Kumar Yadav has been granted the privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 16.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24070 of 2026. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It has lastly been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2025, charge-sheet has been submitted and there is no allegation of tampering against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30800 of 2026(3) dt.15-07-2026 3/3 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Pahleja P.S. Case No. 130 of 2025.
