In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : 1(i) For issuance of an order direction or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to extend all help and protection to the petitioner and his property to ensure that the petitioner is able to enjoy his property and is able to construct boundary wall over the plot in question.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate declaration holding that it is the duty of the State to protect the property of the petitioner by restraining the private respondents from creating hindrance in the construction of the boundary wall.

Patna High Court CWJC No.259 of 2016(3) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 The reliefs sought for are in respect of the land as mentioned in paragraph 4 of the application. Following is the statement made in paragraph 4 of the application.

4. That the petitioner purchased lands pertaining to Khata No.279, Khesra No.4689 & 4687 total area 2 katha 6 dhoors vide Registered Deed No.4186 dated 12.12.2007 and 4237 dated 17.12.2007.

Considering the reliefs sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent No.2 i.e. The District Magistrate, Madhubani within a period of 30 days from today. The Respondent No.2, i.e. The District Magistrate, Madhubani, shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
