The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 22 of 2018 arising out of Kargahar (Sidhi) P. S. Case No. 136 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

No.59924 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation made in the FIR against all the family members even without disclosing the age of the victim, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Rohtas at Sasaram in POCSO Case No. 22 of 2018 arising out of Kargahar (Sidhi) P.
