The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 353, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that one country made pistol along with three live cartridges are recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. None is said to have been injured in course of occurrence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. One country made pistol along with three live cartridges are said to have been recovered. There

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. case No.308 of 2018.
