Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This application for regular bail arises out of Telhara P.S. Case No. 198 of 2020, G.R. No. 2966 of 2020, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2020. Allegation against the petitioner is of being in possession of a stolen motorcycle which was the subject-matter of Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 228 of 2020.

No.41030 of 2021(3) dt.05-01-2022 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that after his arrest in the present case he has been implicated in various other cases. He has categorically submitted that the petitioner's implication in other cases is after his arrest in the present case.

Be that as it may, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2020, in the background of nature of accusation, a case for grant of regular bail is made out. This application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-V, 1st Class-cum- Additional Munsif III, Hilsa, Nalanda in Telhara P.S. Case No. 198 of 2020, G.R. No. 2966 of 2020.
