JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order no.637 dated 09.09.2014, passed by the Secretary, Road Construction Department, Bihar, Patna, by which he has been pleased to reject the claim of the petitioners. The petitioners further pray for issuance of a direction to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1674 of 2016(4) dt.24-10-2024 2/2 respondent authorities to construct the State Highways No.81 (SH-81) on the eastern side of the bank of the Koilwar Canal so that minimal land is used for the said construction."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now the road has already stood constructed, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
