The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.2171 of 2016 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Sections 467, 468 and 417 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that the petitioner with the help of other accused persons sold the land of khata no.1313, khesra no.2073, area 7 decimal to Ram Sagar Sahani which was standing in the name of mother of the complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the beneficiary of the sale deed. Nagendra Lal Dutt executed sale deed in favour of Ram Sagar Sahani. The petitioner is neither the writer of the deed nor witness of the sale

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV-cum-Subject Judge XIII (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No.2171 of 2016 (T.R.No.928 of 2019), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
