Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ariari P.S. Case No. 172 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed as Panchayat Teacher and she was discharging her duties sincerely, but on the complaint of villagers the present case has been lodged. As a matter of fact, petitioner is known by both names i.e. Bharti Kumari, the name mentioned in the certificate and Reena Kumari. Petitioner filed his reply, but the same was found not satisfactory and ultimately petitioner has been removed from service. Petitioner is lady

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariari P.S. Case No. 172 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
