1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuing writ mandamus and direct respondents authorities to confirm or regularize the petitioner as typist as he has already rendered satisfactory service for a number of years approximately 19 years.

(ii) To direct the respondents authorities to refrain from treating the petitioner as contractual workers.

(iii) To direct the respondents authorities for

Patna High Court CWJC No.7662 of 2023(2) dt.05-12-2023 2/2 making payment of pay allowances, increments, leave and all other benefits and facilities.

(iv) To direct the respondents authorities to make payment of all arrears due to them on account not paying according to enhance pay."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
