In view of the objection raised by learned counsel for the Bank with regard to maintainability of the writ petition, in terms of the order of the Special Bench of this Court in the case of The Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Ltd. vs. State of Bihar reported as 2014(1) PLJR 695, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter be disposed off with liberty to approach the appropriate authority, in accordance with law, with regard to the grievance raised in the writ petition.
