JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it is alleged that in course of investigation, three mobile sets were recovered from his conscious possession and out of the aforesaid three mobile sets, one mobile is said to be theft property. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and on the basis of aforesaid recovery he is in jail custody since 14.03.2014.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway
