The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017 for offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the story of commission of crime and allegation levelled against the petitioner is most unrealistic and based on hearsay. Considering the fact that no one has seen the commission of crime and participation of the petitioner in the said crime, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
