2. Prayer for bail of this appellant was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 15.04.2021 passed in Cr. Appeal. No. 1099 of 2021.

3. The trial court report reveals that out of eight prosecution witnesses six witnesses have already been examined and only two official witnesses, i.e. I.O. and doctor are yet to be examined.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

5. However, since the appellant is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2315 of 2023(3) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 25.01.2020, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably, within one year from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
