The matter has been listed under the heading 'For
Patna High Court CWJC No.9123 of 2017(5) dt.18-09-2020 2/2 Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. On the last occasion i.e. on 20.05.2020, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. When the matter is taken up today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, it appears that most of the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed by the State. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the competent authority for the redressal of remaining grievance/s, if any. If any such representation is filed before the competent authority, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
