The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2022 in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 294 of 2020 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 212 litres of country made liquor from the Motorcycle & house of Petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has five antecedent of the similar nature and he is in custody since 23.02.2022, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge or on completion of one and half year in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
