An order passed by the Commissioner, Patna Division, in Arbitration Case No. 16 of 2017 dated 03.04.2018 has been challenged in the present writ application. Since the petitioner had remedy under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (for short 'the Act'), which he has apparently not availed, this writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be entertained.
