====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 243 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house from where the liquor has been recovered does not belong to the petitioner and it is a joint property for which the petitioner does not have any concern. He is living separately in another house.

I Have considered the submissions that the liquor has been recovered from the house to which the petitioner is also owner and the police had informed about the petitioner's having

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41994 of 2021(3) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 engaged in business of selling foreign liquor, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
