The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.304 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

By order dated 07.09.2021, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in Cr. Misc. No.9187 of 2021with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has already been framed vide Annexure-3 of the bail application.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32153 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XIII, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.304 of 2020 (S.Tr. No.58 of 2022).
