The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 607(A) of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further he submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that the illicit liquor has been recovered from the side of the canal.
