2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No.54 of 2025 under Sections 87 of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against the petitioner against whom there is allegation of developing physical relation with the victim without her consent.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and his name has come only by virtue of suspicion. He further

5. Learned Counsel also submits that antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there are three criminal antecedent of the petitioner.
6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the victim has disclosed her statement under section 183 of the BNSS, 2023 that forceful physical relation has been developed by the petitioner.
7. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, therefore the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
