Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was recovered from a vehicle and allegation against the petitioner is that alongwith another person he had gone to do pairvi for release of the vehicle. Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2020. He has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30792 of 2020(2) dt.27-11-2020 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Spl. Case No.567/2020 arising out of Araria (R.S. O.P.)Police Station Case No.557 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
