The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners were among 61 Panchayat TET Teachers whose credentials were found to be forged one. It appears that some co-accused have been allowed anticipatory bail in this case by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court. Submission is that same are not forged documents and it is yet to be decided in the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

No.61223 of 2018(2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Piyar Police Station Case No.12 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
