2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 385, 353, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. This petitioner along with other co-accused persons alleged to have illegally park and operate the vehicles and also water pipe has been illegally installed in the northern side of passenger shade in order to clean the vehicles. It is further alleged that they forcibly take passengers to their vehicle for traveling purposes .
4. It is submitted that allegation is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that except section 353 of I.P.C. , all offences are bailable. In fact petitioner is not named in the F.I.R rather it is mentioned the name of the accused as the private owners and their vehicle numbers.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VIth, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. case no 594 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
