====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-01-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 302/304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is stated to be the cousin of the husband of the deceased and no specific accusation has been levelled against him. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

The petitioner is also in custody since 29.04.2020.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation, relationship of the petitioner with the deceased and the husband of the deceased being in custody, the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31099 of 2020(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020.

While saying so, the Court has also taken note of the fact that there is no likelihood of the trial of the petitioner be concluded in near future.
