This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to provide necessary assistance, security and force to the petitioner to enter into the shop premises of the petitioner which has been suddenly locked by the respondent No. 6 dispossessing the petitioner.

3. From the reading of entire pleadings, it appears that it is the petitioner who is harassing the land-lord and the disputed questions of facts have been raised by the petitioner which cannot be decided in a writ Court.

4. In view of the disputed questions of fact, this writ Court will not interfere in the private dispute between the landlord and the tenant. If the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Civil Court by filing a Title Suit for redressal of his grievances.
