The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No.274 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was trying to illegally and unauthorisedly withdraw the cash from the ATM of Axis Bank as well as HDFC Bank.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
