This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. of Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 240/2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 138 of the N.I. Act and Sectins 406, 420, 311 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned counsel for the State has informed this court that the case is of the year 2015 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed.

If at all, the investigation is still pending, this Court directs that the same must be completed within a period of three months from today. This petition stands disposed of with aforesaid observation. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) sunilkumar/- U T
