28-09-2018 Heard Sri Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of State. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 178 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 341, 504, 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though in the F.I.R., there is allegation against the petitioner that he fired from country-made pistol, but it did not hit anyone. He submits that injury was caused by another F.I.R. named accused person by fire-arm. On aforesaid ground, a prayer has been made for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. However, considering the fact that there is specific
