Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 72/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Five persons went to the house of the informant armed with various weapons and four of them are said to have fired upon the informant and shot him at different parts of the body. The petitioner was the member of the unlawful assembly. From the reading of the F.I.R., it appears that they have dispute with the prosecution side, but there is no explanation as to why

Considering the nature of allegations and nature of the case and also the fact that petitioner was the member of the unlawful assembly, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner anticipatory bail.
