This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has offered to deposit Rs. 10,000/- in Ram Krishna Mission Sevashrama, Swani Vivekanand Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar- 842002, without accepting his guilt. He has five criminal antecedents and also he is in custody since 20.01.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Petitioner has granted regular bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-I, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022.

Petitioner's bail bond shall be accepted only after he produces the receipt of Rs. 10,000/- issued by Ram Krishna Mission Sevashrama, Swami Vivekanand Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar- 842002 and verification of the genuineness of the receipt.

The petitioner will visit Riga police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
