The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-payment of Rs.11455/- deducted under the head GPF for the period 1984-85 to 1990-91.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, with reference to para 7 and 8 of the counter affidavit, submits that payment has been made to the petitioner. The aforesaid fact is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that the respondents may be directed to provide the copy of calculation chart and order showing payment of the aforesaid amount under the head GPF.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10003 of 2019(2) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 Under the aforesaid circumstance, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Sikandra to provide the copy of calculation chart to the petitioner with regard to the GPF amount for the period 1984-85 to 1990-91 and the authority slip showing authorization and payment of the aforesaid amount. Entire exercise in this regard may be completed by respondent no.5 at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
