The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.179 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that no overt act is alleged against the petitioner. The specific allegation of firing is against coaccused, Md. Javed and Md. Salim @ Munna. It is also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail application. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43261 of 2021(2) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P.S.
