The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2022 in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.129 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 65.4 litres of country made liquor from the place of occurrence and not from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has three antecedents of similar nature and he is in custody since 24.03.2022, he shall be released on bail, after framing of charge or on competition of one year in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
