Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,448,504,506,376,420,34 of I.P.C. and 4/6 of POCSO Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of sexual exploitation on the pretext of marriage. Petitioner had expressed willingness to marry with the victim. Hence, provisional bail was allowed by order dated 08.12.2020. Submission is that marriage has already been performed on 13.12.2020 itself.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that it is a fact that both have already been married.

With the consent of parties, to protect matrimonial
