The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2022 in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.82 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 130 litres of country made liquor from Passion Pro motorcycle which does not belong to the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 27.03.2022, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31876 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 cum- Special Excise Court No.II, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.82 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Mirganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
