2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for setting aside the order dated 28.09.2016 passed in B.L.T. Case No. 477 of 2015 by Hon'ble Chairman, the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, whereby and where-under

Patna High Court CWJC No.11078 of 2017(3) dt.25-11-2025 2/3 the Hon'ble Chairman has been pleased to dismiss the B.L.T. case on the ground of abatement, misconstruing the fact that petitioners filed the instant case with a prayer not to distribute the lands of the petitioners considering the same as Surplus lands as no any ceiling case was initiated against the petitioners and in the light of order passed in the Ceiling Case No. 1992 of 1976 of another person, the lands of the petitioners are being distributed;

(ii) for a directing to the Respondents concerned not to distribute the lands of the petitioners considering the same as Surplus lands as no any ceiling case was initiated against the petitioners and in the light of order passed in the Ceiling Case No. 1992 of 1976 of another person;

(iii) any other order/orders for granting any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. Mr. Prasoon Kumar, learned counsel on the instruction Mr. Pramod Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority.
