2. It appears that after having realised, the Recovery Officer has proceeded to correct his action and has complied with the order dated 02.03.2023 passed in CWJC No. 4791 of 2022 but with delay.

3. On instruction of Recovery Officer, Dr. K.N. Singh, learned senior counsel submitted that he has realised that the petitioner is also entitled for the interest due to the delay caused from 17.08.2023 till 27.09.2023.

4. At this stage, Mr. Gautam Kumar Kejriwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has shown his gracious approach by making submission that the petitioner will not like to receive any further interest in spite of the fact that the payments have been made on 30.10.2023, after delay of nearly two months and twelve days.

5. Accordingly, the present contempt application is disposed of.
