Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
