JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 After some argument, Sri Rajeev Ranjan Sinha, learned counsel, assisted by Sri Ganesh Prasad Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor requests for disposal of the present petition, so that, petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.
