2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7051 of 2024 by this Court by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions and one of the conditions is that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since there is no close relative of the petitioner to become bailor and hence, petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period and prays for modification of the aforesaid order.

4. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and the averments mentioned in the modification application, the disciple of the petitioner, namely, Rama Bind @ Tyagi Bhagat, who has sworn affidavit in this case will be one of the bailors of petitioner.
5. The time of surrender is also extended further by eight weeks.
6. Accordingly, the order dated 09.04.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
7. This petition stands disposed of.
8. Before accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the learned trial court shall verify the antecedent of the petitioner and also verify about the identity and address of the petitioner prior to becoming a sage.
