2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of on the basis of limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if the representations contained in Annexure-
Patna High Court CWJC No.5957 of 2016(9) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 1 Series given to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sone Canal, SubDivision, Naubatpur, Patna (Respondent No. 6) is directed to be disposed of on merit after hearing the petitioners by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
4. This prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is not opposed by the learned counsel for the Respondent-State.
5. Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of directing the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sone Canal to dispose of the representations filed by the petitioners contained in Annexure-1 Series after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
7. All pending Interlocutory Applications, if any shall stand disposed of.
